All our products come with a 1-year warranty as well as lifetime servicing. The warranty applies strictly to manufacturing defects. It does not cover everyday wear and tear, loss of gemstones, theft, or loss of the item. Damage caused by failing to carry out essential maintenance to preserve the integrity of the jewellery is also excluded.

The following are not covered under warranty as they are not manufacturing defects:

- Metal discolouration from exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, pools, hot tubs, or bathing.

- Natural wear of metals and prongs, which may occasionally need restoration.

- Prong damage resulting from regular use, potentially causing gemstone loss.

- Loss of gemstones due to accidental damage or normal wear.

Our warranty ensures protection against manufacturing defects, while we recommend routine upkeep and professional servicing to maintain the long-term beauty and durability of your jewelry.

Most orders take around 7–8 business days to be prepared before shipping. The exact processing time can vary depending on the product, which is why we display the estimated dispatch date on every product page. This ensures you know when to expect your order.
